Instructions for Windows XP Users

The following will fix a Windows XP “Compatibility” problem when using RYW Software on your Windows XP computer.

PRINT THIS OUT FOR FUTURE USE IF YOU HAVE NOT LOADED RYW SOFTWARE OR TO CHANGE THE COMPATIBILITY NOW IF YOU ALREADY HAVE RYW ON YOUR COMPUTER!

  1. Locate the “RYW” icon on your desktop after loading the RYW software.
  2. Right click on the “RYW” icon.
  3. Scroll to the bottom line and click on the “Properties”.


  4. Left click on the “Compatibility” tab at the top of the box.


  5. Scroll down to the “Compatibility Mode”.
  6. Change the setting to Windows 98/Windows ME.
  7. Make sure there is a check mark in the box left of “Run this program in compatibility mode for.
  8. Click on “OK”.
